One of the best thing's were the toys that they played with back then but all of them were made of wood and metal there was even a go kart made of string to stear and the body was made of wood.
There was also a game sort of like pool it was were you hit a ball into a certain hole and different holes have different points you hit all the balls and then count up all the numbers that you got balls in then someone else goes and whoever got the most points win.
We came across a wooden photo with cut out faces to put your face in, i'm the little kid and I made a silly face.
In my opinion i think ferrymead is a great place to visit with family or friends in the holidays because there are so much cool stuff to do and play with and they teach you so much.
